We usually recommend a first visit around age 7. This helps us see if your child's jaw growth is developing properly. Catching problems early is a wonderful way to simplify their future treatment, and we'll make sure they feel completely safe and supported.

I had to go to this office to have my braces removed and pick up my retainer. The process was super smooth, the staff were unbelievably kind & patient. I wish I had gotten everyone’s names so I could include them in the review. But when I arrived the receptionist was very attentive and welcoming and I was called back within minutes. After removing my braces they also had a mini concession stand with snacks and candy and I was able to make my own goody bag. 10/10 experience, highly recommend this office!
We thought we were done with visits to the orthodontist but my college-age son had an issue with his permanent retainer. There was an issue with the scheduling center and getting him an appointment in a timely manner. During his appointment, when the staff found out what had happened, they went above and beyond to make things right. Their help, after he had been out of his braces for years, was very much appreciated.
we love Dr Burke! both of our kids had braces with him & it was worth every penny. he makes it fun but is a perfectionist & "straight enough" isn't good enough for him.... which is what you want & what you're paying for in my opinion. both kids absolutely loved him & had the BEST experience. What can I say. Dr. Burke is amazing. And his entire staff fabulous. Anytime I have had an issue with my braces I could always get a quick same day if not next day appointment for them to check me out. The transformation that they were able to do is amazing. I truly cannot say enough good things about Burke Orthodontics and the way they have cared for my entire family. My daughter had braces through Burke, my husband did Invisalign, my son will be starting Invisalign, and I have also been a patient myself. The fact that we continue choosing Burke for our entire family says a lot.Most recently, after having some difficulties with Invisalign, I decided to try traditional braces. Within a week, I realized braces simply weren’t going to work for me and asked to return to Invisalign. I was honestly a little embarrassed, but not once did anyone make me feel difficult, crazy, or like I was a burden. They listened to my concerns, took them seriously, and made me feel completely supported.I especially want to recognize Brent. He was incredibly respectful, understanding, and genuinely listened to what I was experiencing. He helped me transition back to Invisalign without making me feel judged or uncomfortable about changing my mind. I left feeling relieved and, more importantly, feeling like I had actually been heard and cared for.We primarily visit the Huber Heights office, but I’ve also been to Centerville, and both locations have always been clean, welcoming, and wonderful.It’s easy to recommend a practice when everything goes perfectly, but I think you really see the quality of a practice in how they treat you when things don’t go according to plan. Burke Orthodontics has absolutely earned our family’s trust, and I would recommend them without hesitation!
