I have never been treated so well by a doctor’s office. This place is exceptional. From the first phone call to a serious request I made after starting the process, i was treated with kid gloves, love, kindness, cheerfulness, hopefulness, and respect. I was overwhelmed by the knowledge and expertise of everyone. There are two people that deserve exceptional recognition to this point: Ashley Aric and Dr. Remley. To say i was terrified after a horrific experience at another Orthodontist office is an understatement. I was terrified to go to this appointment because of a bad experience I had in Virginia. They spent so much time answering my very many questions and thoroughly calmed my nerves with their responses. Ashley even answered emails after hours (which she should not be doing!) which helped as I had a serious concern. She addressed it, did everything she could with Dr. Remley to make sure my experience was positive and I receive the best outcome with my treatment plan. I am from out of state. I picked this place off of a Google map search. I feel lucky. Like my luck has changed. What are the main benefits of this system?
This option is designed with your child's comfort in mind. Since the expanders are removable, eating and keeping teeth and gums clean is simple. Your child can easily take them out to eat, brush, and floss, which helps them stay confident and independent during their smile journey.
Can this treatment help with breathing issues?
Yes, it can. A narrow upper jaw can sometimes impact airflow and sleep quality. During our complimentary consultations, we screen for these concerns. If your child needs more space for better airflow, this system gently widens the jaw to help them breathe easier.
What should we do if an expander is lost?
We know accidents happen, so don't sweat it. Just let our team know right away, and we'll help you order a replacement. Depending on how well your child's treatment is moving along, we might even be able to just move them forward to the next set in their series.
How do we know if our child is wearing the expander?
It's easy for us to check their progress during your regular, quick visits. We'll look at how the teeth are moving and chat with you about how things are going at home, ensuring your child’s treatment stays on track.
