I have never been treated so well by a doctor’s office. This place is exceptional. From the first phone call to a serious request I made after starting the process, i was treated with kid gloves, love, kindness, cheerfulness, hopefulness, and respect. I was overwhelmed by the knowledge and expertise of everyone. There are two people that deserve exceptional recognition to this point: Ashley Aric and Dr. Remley. To say i was terrified after a horrific experience at another Orthodontist office is an understatement. I was terrified to go to this appointment because of a bad experience I had in Virginia. They spent so much time answering my very many questions and thoroughly calmed my nerves with their responses. Ashley even answered emails after hours (which she should not be doing!) which helped as I had a serious concern. She addressed it, did everything she could with Dr. Remley to make sure my experience was positive and I receive the best outcome with my treatment plan. I am from out of state. I picked this place off of a Google map search. I feel lucky. Like my luck has changed. Dr. Burns and Dr. Remley will take a close look at your child's bite and jaw growth while making sure they feel comfortable. We will explain everything clearly so you feel completely at ease. There is no pressure at all.
