"I have never been treated so well by a doctor’s office. This place is exceptional. From the first phone call to a serious request I made after starting the process, i was treated with kid gloves, love, kindness, cheerfulness, hopefulness, and respect. I was overwhelmed by the knowledge and expertise of everyone. There are two people that deserve exceptional recognition to this point: Ashley Aric and Dr. Remley. To say i was terrified after a horrific experience at another Orthodontist office is an understatement. I was terrified to go to this appointment because of a bad experience I had in Virginia. They spent so much time answering my very many questions and thoroughly calmed my nerves with their responses. Ashley even answered emails after hours (which she should not be doing!) which helped as I had a serious concern. She addressed it, did everything she could with Dr. Remley to make sure my experience was positive and I receive the best outcome with my treatment plan. I am from out of state. I picked this place off of a Google map search. I feel lucky. Like my luck has changed. If my experience changes, or continues to be exceptional over the course of the next year and a half, I will update my review. Check out Dr. Remley’s bio. "I had to go to this office to have my braces removed and pick up my retainer. The process was super smooth, the staff were unbelievably kind & patient. I wish I had gotten everyone’s names so I could include them in the review. But when I arrived the receptionist was very attentive and welcoming and I was called back within minutes. After removing my braces they also had a mini concession stand with snacks and candy and I was able to make my own goody bag. 10/10 experience, highly recommend this office!"
"I truly cannot say enough good things about Burke Orthodontics and the way they have cared for my entire family. My daughter had braces through Burke, my husband did Invisalign, my son will be starting Invisalign, and I have also been a patient myself. The fact that we continue choosing Burke for our entire family says a lot.Most recently, after having some difficulties with Invisalign, I decided to try traditional braces. Within a week, I realized braces simply weren’t going to work for me and asked to return to Invisalign. I was honestly a little embarrassed, but not once did anyone make me feel difficult, crazy, or like I was a burden. They listened to my concerns, took them seriously, and made me feel completely supported.I especially want to recognize Brent. He was incredibly respectful, understanding, and genuinely listened to what I was experiencing. He helped me transition back to Invisalign without making me feel judged or uncomfortable about changing my mind. I left feeling relieved and, more importantly, feeling like I had actually been heard and cared for.We primarily visit the Huber Heights office, but I’ve also been to Centerville, and both locations have always been clean, welcoming, and wonderful.It’s easy to recommend a practice when everything goes perfectly, but I think you really see the quality of a practice in how they treat you when things don’t go according to plan. Burke Orthodontics has absolutely earned our family’s trust, and I would recommend them without hesitation!"
"Three years ago, I started on an unusual (for my age) journey to bring to reality a dream I've had since I was much younger. Imagine sitting in an orthodontia waiting room with patients you'd expect to see there, and as a 'senior citizen' you're not the parent or grandparent of one of those youngsters, you're one of them! The process with Dr. Burke's team began with a consultation, scan and animated video of what to possibly expect. If all that was achieved was what the animation predicted, I still would have been happy. But that wasn't the case. Although this old guy's bones are not as malleable as the youngsters I was surrounded by at every checkup, there was enough room and capacity in my jaws to allow for slow and steady movement. What happened in the end was a straightening & realignment of severe tooth crowding that exceeded all my expectations. The entire team I got to know and work with at Dr Burkes office was so supportive and great. Removal day was very big for me and I'm still getting used to my new smile! There are many things in life we're never too old to go after and for me fixing my smile was high on the list. Thank you, Burke Orthodontics, for bringing to reality something I've wanted my entire adult life!!"
"Our experience was wonderful! Allison in Records did an amazing job with my son's intraoral scan and made him feel comfortable throughout the process. Maddie, our treatment coordinator, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the treatment plan in great detail, answering all of our questions. Ashley at the front desk made check-in quick and seamless and was so friendly and welcoming. We truly appreciated the excellent care and outstanding customer service from the entire team!"

"I’ve been coming here for braces adjustments for about ten months now, and the experience has stayed consistent the entire time. The orthodontist pays attention to small details and explains what each adjustment is supposed to accomplish. One visit took longer because they needed to reposition a bracket that wasn’t tracking correctly, but I appreciated the extra care instead of shortcuts. The staff also remembers patients surprisingly well, which makes appointments feel less routine."

"I’ve been coming to this office since I was a child, and now my daughter is a patient as well. The orthodontic care itself has been great, and we’ve been happy with the results.However, interactions with the receptionist over the phone have been consistently negative. The communication is often curt and comes across as disrespectful, which makes it frustrating to call the office. This has reached a point where I genuinely dread having to interact with the front desk.I value the care provided here, but I hope attention is given to improving the professionalism and tone of front office communication.UPDATE: After my initial review, the office reached out and management was very kind, professional, and easy to talk to. I appreciated their prompt response, apology, and willingness to address my concerns.While the original phone call interaction was frustrating, it does not reflect our overall experience. We’ve been very happy with the care my daughter has received and I appreciate how well the situation was handled in the end."

"They got me in for braces only a week after my first consultation and I was almost able to get them at the initial consultation so it is a very fast process. "Everyone in the office is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and fun. My 9yo started Invisalign today. Ortho Tech, Katie was wonderful. She explained everything to him along the way and frequently made sure to ask if he had any questions and ensured he was comfortable. Dr. Burkes time with him was minimal but impactful as he made sure to make a personal connection. As we were checking out, Brent, another tech who recognized him from his new patient appointment made it a point to come say hi and hype him up about treatment. "Today I had a male technician, I believe his name is Brent, who was amazing. I have a hard time going to the dentist/orthodontist due to all the dental work I have had done since I was very young. Brent was very gentle when working on my braces. He was talkative even if I couldn’t talk back, which was incredibly anxiety soothing. I have never had a negative experience with any of the other technicians. They have all been wonderful. This team of healthcare professionals, especially Dr. Burke and Brent, are good for anyone with dental anxiety."

"I cannot believe how fast these Invisalign’s fixed my teeth, TMJ, ear aches, headaches, and jaw pain!!!! I had a tooth that was so crooked and in the front that I was very self conscious about and Dr. Burke and his wonderful team fixed it in approximately 6 months! "Looked high and low for an orthodontist to explore the Invisalign option. As soon as I saw the Burke Orthodontist website (and the singing dr!) I knew I had found my tribe! The consultation was quick and thorough, staff knowledgeable and extremely friendly, and Dr. Burke gave me as much time as was required to answer my questions. When my aligners came back early, staff called me and was able to move my appointment up by about three weeks. The day I picked them up, everything was explained and all my questions were answered. To top it off, they played a song with my name in it while I was in the chair! Great group of professionals and highly recommend to anyone needing ortho care. They made getting my dream smile easy and affordable to me."

"How can you not give this practice 5 stars? The office staff is amazing and so unbelievably kind. They take 5 mins to talk to you and ensure you are having a great day. If you need help, they will do what they can to help you. I love the fact that the difference in cost for metal and Invisalign is nothing. You can choose. Dr. Burke is highly upfront on what he thinks will work best for you. The payment plan is nice as well for people who can't afford everything up front. They helped me with my son every time I came in. Which was so nice of them. Now onto Dr. Burke. What an amazing dr. He is. He is funny, outgoing, thoughtful, and highly intelligent in his job field. "I did the Invisalign braces with Dr. Burke and finished up a little over a year ago. I am so happy that I "bit" the bullet and went for it. I feel so much better about my teeth and my smile. I have the permanent retainer on the bottom and wear the temporary retainers at night. They help my teeth stay straight and help with the gritting of my teeth at night. Dr. Burke and his staff are incredible. They were so helpful through the process and they also actually made it fun. It was a great experience!!"
